Singapore DURABLINDS TRADING PTE. LTD. Full time
Oversees a team of inventory or warehouse employees. Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.


To oversee the inventory management includes several different aspects such as controlling and overseeing purchases from suppliers and customers, maintaining the storage of stock, controlling the amount of product for sale and order fulfillment.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing inventory stock needs and undertaking office management and administration
  • Manage daytoday operations in the warehouse; provide leadership to a team of operations and administrative staff in the area of inbound, outbound, and inventory management
  • Handle incoming & outgoing mails and shipment for overseas purchase order
  • Provide administrative support to sales and management team by generating and maintaining stock report to monitor and track on inventory
  • Overseeing the shipment and delivery of goods for local and overseas goods
  • Coordinate with forwarder on import/export work
  • Work closely with production department for additional level of quality control to improve service standards
  • Oversee and handle product recovery and product warranty.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents, warehouse logs and records
  • Generate stock inventory and wastage reports
  • Maintain good warehouse storage management
  • Sourcing and comparison for new freight forwarders
  • Manage and closely working with quality issue with suppliers
  • Maintain and update price database
  • Submit monthly stock valuation reports
  • Fully incharge of procurement of raw materials, equipment and tools
  • Required to source for new suppliers and vendors to combat price fluctuations
  • Ensure all procured items meet the requirement the company standards and specification
  • Prepare yearly cost estimates and manage budget for new equipment, tools and raw materials
  • Any other adhoc job that may be required by your direct manager to assist the Production and inventory department.
Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma & above with at least 4 year(s) of relevant working experience
  • Experience in stock take is advantageous
  • Meticulous and conscientious
  • Able to multitask and work in a team
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word will be an added advantage.
