Develop journey flows, wireframes, and prototypes to conceptualise and communicate high-level design strategies effectively.

  • Engage stakeholders to understand their goals and requirements and provide recommendations for user experience solutions, including conducting secondary research on market/ industry trends and generate early stage ideas on user experiences
  • Conduct research on user needs, create usage scenarios/journeys and evaluate the effectiveness of meeting user needs
  • Execute the design work and implement interaction models, user task flows, and user interface specifications, as well as perform optimisation of user journeys and enabling effortless navigation
  • Perform all phases of usability testing of prototypes in lab and remote settings, as well as recommend refinements and iterations based on usability testing results to create the "best" user experience and analyse user feedback on user interface performance.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design for Mobile App and relevant experience working with frontend developers to meet technical requirements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Positive, selfdriven and able to work independently
  • Motivated and constantly looking to upskill while keeping abreast of the latest technological advancements
