We are looking for a process led, digitally orientated and enthusiastic in-house sales manager to join our sales and marketing team to lead outbound customer commercial communication.

You will be responsible for both establishing and qualifying customer leads within existing customers (cross-selling) and new customers.


As a valued member of the team, you will be located in our Singapore office, and you will be developing business as an integral part of the global commercial team.

You will work closely with our marketing team, customer service team and regional sales teams to ensure the in-house sales channel is optimised.

Key Deliverables

Responsibilities:

  • Lead inhouse customer engagements to sell Tower solutions through digital and telephone channels
  • Management of MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) /SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) and opportunities through the Tower CRM (Customer Relationship Management system).
  • Leading pricing and response to customer enquiries within the current Tower commercial service framework.
  • Preparation and analysis of KPI reporting to establish the effectiveness of our digital /in house sales go to market, ability to adapt planning to reflect both emerging and current needs.
  • Direct customer and prospect engagement through digital channels including social media, virtual conference and wider customer engagement programs such as trade bodies.
  • Sales generation through working with wider team to ensure delivery of inhouse and wider business commercial targets.
  • Work crossfunctionally to respond to MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) and SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) delivering improved customer experience and conversion to revenue within the CRM platform.
  • Seek opportunities to expand reach within existing customers (cross sell) for additional product sales through both product and supply chain growth.
  • Deliver improved profitability and revenue through active selling of higher value products and services to our customers to reflect their business needs

  • Reflecting the anticipated growth in digital customer engagement (*80% by 2025) you will deliver solutions for our customers that ensure that their needs are fully understood, and Tower's service proposition reflects those needs.
  • Delivery of Tower's digital engagement (virtual selling environment) to reflect business strategy
- clearly actioning elements of the current sales process which can be completed without the need for in-person meetings.

  • Ensure that our customers who choose a digital engagement (virtual selling environment) experience a barrier free (low effort > high confidence) sales process. In the event that barriers or improvements are identified you will make improvements aimed at improving the customer NPS scoring
  • Compliance with Tower's Integrated Management System and internal processes.

Skills:

  • Working within a global cross functional team you will understand team selling and the requirement for close collaboration across specifically customer service, marketing and external sales to ensure effective opportunity conversation.
  • You will have a developed understanding of inhouse sales channels such as digital and telephone able to implement and improve based upon performance data and wider cross team engagement.
