SVP/VP, Senior Relationship Manager, Telecommunications, Media and Technology, Institutional Banking Group

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of banking products and services, such as cash management, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, and foreign exchange. DBS has built strong relationships with customers based on account management, service differentiation, product development, and credit standards.
Responsibilities- To develop DBS' TMT franchise by setting group strategies and client focus.
- Establish coverage and relationships with TMT companies in DBS Core Markets and connectivity markets.
- Originate products in Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, and M&A Advisory.
- Lead origination and execution of mandates for TMT clients in Asia.
- Responsible for origination and execution of Cash & Trade products.
- Supervise and train junior bankers in origination, technical, and execution skills.
- Identify credit issues and provide financing solutions for clients.
- Minimum 10 years experience in corporate & investment banking, including loan syndication, debt capital markets, equity capital markets, and M&A transactions.
- Knowledge of accounting, finance, financial modeling, and business presentation.
- Understanding of banking products.
- Strong leadership skills with deal team management experience.
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and well-connected in business development.
- Experience in TMT banking is preferred.
- Develop business strategies and maintain discipline in daily activities.
- Strong credit and financial analytical skills and industry research experience.
