By establishing strategic partnerships and extensive networks with industry experts, the College curates CET programs that address the evolving skill demands of the economy.

The individual in this role will assist the Assistant Dean in advancing business development and fostering the CET ecosystem at the College in alignment with the nation's lifelong learning goals. Responsibilities include horizon scanning for lifelong learning trends, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop CET and enterprise-led training programs, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the College and Schools to align outreach strategies, plans, and efforts and provide support to the schools.
  • Manage upstream activities, handle leads from sales and marketing campaigns, drive lead conversion, and reporting.
  • Support Professional & Continuing Education (PaCE) operational inquiries.
  • Execute sales and marketing activities to promote College capabilities through campaigns, events, media releases, and websites.
  • Oversee downstream activities, ensure smooth course delivery, and manage the learner's journey.
  • Engage with inquiries, provide updates on available programs, and encourage enrollment.
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing tactics aligned with business objectives.

Competencies and Qualification Requirements:

  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website design, or Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of inbound and outbound sales experience.
  • Experience in higher education sales and professional services.
  • Proven success in lead conversion and sales closure.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
