We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our Business Continuity Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) across LTA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with various stakeholders within LTA to ensure continuity of essential business operations and services in the event of a crisis.
  • Manage risk and assist in developing mitigation/control measures and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage land transport operations to support major National and ad-hoc events, including F1.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
  • Excellent organisational, coordination, and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with the capacity to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Strong attention to details with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous and able to work within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
