Business & Insights Analyst

Reporting into the Head of Operations and a dotted line into the UAT & Data Manager, as the Data & Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering information and data, analysing datasets both via a dashboard and raw extraction, extracting valuable insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to communicate findings effectively to a range of stakeholders. As we continue to transform our digital servicing capabilities, across both Consumer & Commercial, this role plays a pivotal part in our success.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical software and programming languages ( SQL) to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Generate insights: Manipulate and interpret data findings, translate them into actionable insights that drive business strategies and decisions and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, IT, Business Heads and product development, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Data visualization: Create visually appealing and informative reports and presentations to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Data quality assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data validation techniques and conducting regular audits. Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously enhance knowledge of data analysis techniques, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and improve analytical capabilities.

Desired Qualifications & Skillsets

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science. Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing analytics role. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (., QlikSense, Power BI), and database querying languages (., SQL). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and customer behavior to provide data-driven insights that align with organizational goals. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A will to win and a very strong & positive CAN DO attitude.
