Responsible for providing adequate support to Controller in delivering quality planning, forecasting and management reporting which facilitates timely strategic decision making, both on a short term and long term basis, provide consolidation and analytical support on annual plan, forecast, monthly closing and reporting activities, as directed.
_- Roles:_
- _Facilitate necessary discussions on reporting issues which put delivery within deadlines at risk._
- _Assist in preparation of region month-end/ planning financials which is required within a very short time frame with high level of accuracy._
- _Provide quality support to the Regional Supply Services and Finance management as well as other functional teams during preparation for Business Reviews with BU and other ad-hoc meetings._
- _Offer insightful analysis on the financials and suggest implications on business performance._
- _Act as an advocate for the standardisation of global business processes, data, and systems within the Supply service areas._
- Requirements:_
- _At least 5 years proven work experience within Finance/Accounting_
- _Experience of working within a multinational environment/FMCG industry_
- _Microsoft Office literacy essential (strong excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, e.g. _pivot tables/ VLOOKUP_
- _SAP, JDE, HFM, Cognos knowledge desirable_
