Key Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Please note that this a 6-months contract position.

  • Responsible to provide support in the Human Capital Shared Services.
  • Local and Non-Local
  • Lost or Renew airport pass
  • Submit request in MOM WPOL Portal for Lost /Damaged work permit cards.
  • Responsible in updating the Allowances/Deduction action in ECP and obtain approval from respective stakeholder.
  • ID Card Printing (For New Hire and Card Replacement)
  • Assist in Digitalize Pfiles to the correct SharePoint Folder.
  • Assist on Monthly Schedule for Walk In Interview.
  • Assist in Data Creation for New Hire and any other data entry updates (e.g. wrong date/spelling/missing details).
  • Assist in Data Rectification and Amendments as and when required.
  • Track and maintain all HR data in SucessFactor (OnePeople) and ensure that data entry is updated in a timely manner.
  • Other ad hoc assignment/responsibilities will be assigned as and when required.

Key Requirements KEY REQUIREMENTS**- Possess a Diploma in any discipline

  • Independent, driven and resourceful team player with ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
