About Human Resources & Organization Development (HROD)


The HROD Division supports EDB, through the attraction, development and retention of talent, in achieving its short and long term business outcomes.


The Organisation Development (OD) team is responsible for developing and executing on organization development strategies relating to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and culture for EDB.

[What you will be working on]

The key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

  • Organization Diagnosis: Conduct pulse checks, focus groups or informal chats to gather employee sentiment data. Sense make the data collected to propose relevant interventions to address the opportunities or challenges arising.
  • Consultancy & Facilitation: Provide consultancy to teams on areas such as team effectiveness and change management. Design and facilitate the necessary conversations/ workshops to teams towards the outcomes desired.
  • Internal Communication: Project manage and execute on internal events for the purposes of organizational clarity, leadership connection and employee engagement. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop the supporting communication assets e.g. speeches, presentations, videos.

Design and execute on organization-wide initiatives to strengthen or grow the desired culture and values in the organization.

[What we are looking for]

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in organization development, organization psychology, or organizational consultancy or related fields; fresh graduates with relevant experience may apply;
  • Highly analytical with a demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions;
  • Self-starter and able to navigate ambiguity;
  • Outcome focused with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
  • Interest and ability to engage and interact with employees across different job levels and functions, in 1-to-1 and group settings;
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills; and
