Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

1. Manage and perform month-end close process

2. Handle full sets of accounts, corporate and individual income taxes, GST, and corporate secretarial matters

3. Prepare accounts and financial reports in a timely manner to comply with internal reporting and statutory deadlines for clients

4. Enhance SOPs & workflows

5. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirement

1. Accounting diploma/degree or equivalent, with added advantage for candidates admitted as Chartered Accountants of Singapore or ACCA

2. Minimum 2 years of experience working in outsourced accounting and/or audit firm and able to work independently

3. Familiar with Singapore GAAP, CPF, GST, and related tax rules, procedures, and guidelines

4. Familiar with Quickbooks or Xero

5. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese clients.

6. Responsible and able to meet deadlines
