  • To provide exceptional service to customers by demonstrating indepth knowledge of the brand and products
  • To build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
  • Work to best handle customer complaints.
  • To perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary

Requirements:

  • Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is preferred
  • Demonstrate strong sense of highend fashion
  • Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in a dynamic environment
  • Sales and customeroriented
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working hours: 11am to 9pm (include weekend, PHs), retail hours
