Job Description:


This role provides support in the development and execution of corporate and external communications initiatives, including related programmes and activities, for OUE Healthcare's businesses in Singapore and Asia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and work closely with various business units to develop and execute communications plans and content to drive outreach for OUE Healthcare's businesses.
  • Assist in planning and implementing stakeholders (including investors) engagement efforts via a diverse range of media platforms and communications channels.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for all corporate events and communications initiatives, including marketing campaigns and materials, corporate collaterals, media events, corporate visits, Annual General Meetings, producing written content (e.g. media kits, presentation decks), stakeholders liaison, event logistics, and all related activities.
  • Foster media relations and utilise a variety of media channels to enhance coverage and exposure for the company's business profile and activities.
  • Assist in managing all corporate communications deliverables, such as production of annual report, company newsletter, corporate brief, press releases, responses to media queries, corporate website, etc.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate communication efforts and ensure messages adhere to corporate guidelines and are consistent across various channels, including corporate collaterals, marketing materials and websites.
  • Perform measurement analytics of communications platforms utilised and identify areas for improvement in effectiveness and outreach.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing or relevant discipline
  • 12 years' relevant working experience in corporate communication, investor relations or content marketing or related field will be an advantage
  • Experience in healthcare or related industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to communicate effectively with colleagues and business partners across the region, particularly in China
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Selfdriven and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
