RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate and promote the sale of the Brand's products.
- To drive online sales via participation in Social Selling activities (e.g. Social Media posting, etc).
- Provide and maintain excellent, professional and personalized service to customers to increase Brand loyalty.
- Achieve sales and other targets set by the Store In-charge.
- Maintenance of counter, merchandise and display to ensure alignment with Brand's image.
- Uphold the highest standard of Brand's image and adhere to the Brand's grooming and uniform guidelines at all times.
- Assist in stocking of all counter supplies and inventory on a daily basis, as required.
- Maintain accurate stock records, conduct stock checks and report discrepancies to the Store In-charge.
- To provide assistance during external events as needed.
- Undertake all administrative duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Conversant in English.
- Passionate about the retail industry and customer service.
- Having past experiences in online/ social media sales is an added advantage.
- Open to candidates from other services industry (such as hospitality, F&B, airline etc) and non-services industry.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, friendly and pleasant personality.
- Have high regards for personal grooming.
- Willing to work roster-based retail hours (including weekends and Public Holidays).
