The Role:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a proactive attitude towards networking and relationship-building to join us as a Partnerships Manager. Your main task will be establishing commercial and strategic partnerships that align with our company's objectives, goals, and strategies. Your responsibilities will involve:
- Identifying new partners and fostering strategic alliances to expand our presence in the Singapore market
- Managing the entire partnership process, from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing management
- Negotiating favorable partnership agreements that align with our business objectives
- Cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing partners through tailored strategies
- Developing metrics to evaluate partnership ROI and adjusting strategies as needed
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the software/SaaS industry - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English - Proven track record of achieving growth targets - Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills - Self-motivated with high resilience - Residing in SingaporeWhy Choose Us:
