We are looking for a
Head of Communications and Content , a crucial leadership role within a marketing organization, reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer.

You would be responsible for developing and executing the overall content strategy and communication strategy and plan.

This includes overseeing the development of marketing communication strategies, managing the company's public image and reputation, and working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the brand is consistently represented and communicated in a positive and cohesive manner.

You are also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and other key stakeholders. You will manage a small but highly efficient team of content strategists, video and graphic designers, and marketing specialists.

They may also be responsible for managing a team of branding and communication professionals and ensuring that all branding and communication efforts align with the overall goals and values of the company.

**Key responsibilities may include: - Developing and implementing the overall product and marketing content strategy and communication plan

  • Managing the company's public image and reputation
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and industry partners
  • Ensuring that all branding and communication efforts align with the company's goals and values
  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate branding and communication efforts into overall business strategy.
**Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • Experience in Gaming or Web3 industry is a must
  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in digital content and/or communication, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of branding and communication principles and best practices
Excellent people management, leadership and team collaboration skill sets

  • Experience developing and implementing successful content and communication strategies from scratch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
