  • Responsible for sourcing, contract and price negotiations for non-production materials and services.
  • Leading and driving Tender or Request for Proposal processes.
  • Analyzing and controlling contractual agreements for renegotiations, and guaranteeing supplies.
  • Selecting suppliers, defining criteria, and preparing decisions for sourcing processes.
  • Managing suppliers to ensure an optimum supply chain.
  • Consolidating and bundling demands to achieve cost savings.
  • Aligning with Purchasing process methods & tools while ensuring compliance with global policies.
  • Collaborating with cross-country teams to develop strategies for assigned categories.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain or Diploma with 5-7 years of experience in Procurement of Non-Production Materials & Services.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in e-Sourcing Tools, Category Management, and R&D Equipment procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of cost reduction.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions as a team player with influencing and collaboration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction at all levels.
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin for communication with international offices.
