Job Description:


• Daily preparation and production of breads and pastries by following standards SOPs.


• Checking and packing of bread items for delivery.


• Maintain cleanliness of work station at all time.


• Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products.


• Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance to SFA/NEA guidelines.

· Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.

· Notify the Head Baker of any low stock or replenishment needs.


• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader.

Qualifications:

· Formal culinary or baking education is a plus.

· 2 - 3 Years of Proven experience in a bakery or culinary setting.

· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

· Strong attention to detail and precision in baking techniques.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
