System Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- To oversee and handle Cost Estimation, Cost Planning, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Material Takeoff (MTO), Project Tender, Submission, Quotation and Sales Proposals, etc.
- Evaluate the market trend to enhance future sales growth.
- Drive revenue through expert account planning, resource planning and allocation.
- To meet or exceed the established sales targets through strategic planning.
- To define and prioritize key technical requirement for products, solutions and services to meet current and future customers' business needs.
- Liaise with the Customers / Consultants / Contractors to provide technical assistance, coordination and negotiation with the Suppliers / Vendors / Subcontractors.
- To maintain excellent business relationship with Customers and all stake holders.
- Able to perform plan and specifications exercise with owners and consultants to ensure successful implementations of our services to their assets.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Engineering / Electrical / Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position.
- Familiar with ACMV / HVAC System; especially BMS and good knowledge in the specifications, drawings and requirements
- Good understanding in local construction projects
- Good management, presentation and customer service skills
- Preferably can join immediately or within short notice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
