Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated individual to manage the Commercial Business Package business, other Commercial Lines (Industrial All Risk, Public Liability, Work Injury Compensation), Personal Lines Insurance and Accident & Health lines.


Scope Overview

  • Manage day to day quotations and enquiries from assigned portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with brokers.
  • Maintain high renewal retention of accounts and ensuring quick turnaround time.
  • Staying abreast of current market knowledge and assist in developing strategic plans to develop new business opportunities.
  • Involve in adhoc projects when required.

Requirement:

  • Possess a recognised Diploma/Bachelors' Degree
  • Good knowledge of Commercial Insurance underwriting.
  • Possess certifications in General Insurance (CGI, PGI, BCP, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and salesdriven
  • Ability to work independently.
