Operation

  • Establishing and assisting in implementing goals, objectives, policies and procedures in line with the business to increase clinic efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handling and overcoming challenges that a clinic may face administratively or operationally
  • Working with inhouse clinicians, staff, internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality patient care, service and ensure smooth clinical operations
  • Record and track clinician expenses, budget, billing and generate reports monthly.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate the operational, financial and personnel activities within the clinic
  • Lead your team in delivering consistently excellent clinical services and service quality to patients.
  • Assist with patient management/scheduling when needed.
  • Manage, lead, and develop staff to ensure effective and efficient work processes whilst upholding the core value and standard of service.
  • We're a small team and flexible with work arrangements; hence, we need a selfstarter who would do what is required to help the business across all functions as required.

Business Development

  • Drive sales reporting, revenues, and profit goals.
  • Establish monthly and quarterly targets and continually measure progress towards these targets. Fully responsible for the company's P&L and sustainable growth.
  • Responsible for overseeing the company's core brand strategy to achieve market leadership in our core service offering and build a sustainable competitive advantage against competitors.
  • Execute business operations that are compliant with Singapore's healthcare/medical policies and procedures.
  • Conduct discovery calls with leads and potential clients to educate them on what we do. Monitor and follow up closely to acquire patients.
  • Building relationships where needed to drive leads in nondigital means to support the digital efforts (networking with organizations, societies, support groups, and other healthcare providers)

Marketing

  • Maintain IFN Singapore's gotomarket strategy across the most impactful offline and online channels for lead generation and patient acquisition.
  • Work with creative partners to manage the broader implementation of channel marketing activity (e.g. online advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, print, partnerships, events/ discussions/ sponsorships etc.) and develop this into an actionable process, enabling highly automated, scalable growth.
  • Manage and facilitate occassional events (not limited to logistics, photography, videography, productions, etc.) pertaining to the centre.
  • In conjunction with the team, help propose creative new initiatives and translate ideas into actionable items that deliver business results to attract and convert leads monitor the metrics to measure impact and growth.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or the equivalent in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing healthcare clinic operations

Preferred experience

  • Strong engagement, operational and managerial skills in leading teams
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement in the clinic
  • Experience in consumer marketing including strategy development and content marketing.
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing programs, as well as agency partners, to deliver results
  • Excellent project management skills/experience.
