Position Summary
Collaborate internally within the social media team to run and manage social media channels (Primary: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok

Secondary:
YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) for our client(s).

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhering to the overarching social media strategies and directions by the client and social media consultant (Manager) to fulfill the scope that includes endtoend content development and creation, which includes static and animated images, videos, and copy, specifically for primary social media platforms
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration for content creation and guide clients to scale content capabilities with increased output
  • Produce monthly content calendars and handle daily Social media and community engagement activities, including prompt communication and handling of feedback.
  • Participate in regular brainstorming sessions and partner with creative vendors (Design, Animation, Videography) to produce highquality, creative content according to clients' expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Shoot and edit photos for social media content, depending on content calender
  • To conceptualise video content, produce video briefs, monitor onsite, direct and manage creative production endtoend with the Creative team
  • Assist manager in developing best practices and for internal and external sharing and assisting in the execution of training programs for stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports and share analysis and recommendations with clients
  • Role will be directly reporting to the Social Media Consultant (Account Manager) of the team
  • Guide juniors to ensure timely and quality delivery of work

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 23 years of social media marketing experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, as well as good analytical skills
  • Firsthand experience in the knowledge, setup, and management of popular social media accounts that include (not necessarily limited to) Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Twitter, YouTube
  • Ability to effectively handle concurrent projects and deadlines with mínimal supervision.
  • Wellorganised, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple timelines independently
  • Basic understanding of photography/videography skills or comfortable with photography, videography and production
  • Basic Media Buy Knowledge
  • Experience in multimedia authoring tools like Editing software: Video, Illustrator, etc is preferred but not mandatory
  • Highly meticulous and with a keen eye for details

  • Office location: Remote primarily, Or client's office for catchups/trainings
