The focus is on creating pop-up stores, customer events, temporary counters, and launching new stores, making it an exciting opportunity for new team members to come on board. This role will be based in Singapore with the chance to travel to different locations when needed.
This Senior Store Design and VM Manager:
is tasked with establishing and maintaining SD & VM standards across direct and indirect markets in Southeast Asia.
adapts and implements design concepts from the global team or existing references.
will create unique pop-up stores, events, and new store layouts, along with producing detailed drawings for successful execution.
works closely with the Brand Director SEA and collaborates with various stakeholders to align executions with the brand's vision.
manages a network of vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality VM and Store designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Retail, Marketing, Global SD & VM teams, and APAC teams to ensure clarity on design objectives.
- Develop creative proposals that meet budget requirements and local engagement preferences.
- Create and adapt new store design concepts based on global guidelines and previous successful designs.
- Deliver innovative and detailed designs tailored to different campaigns and local engagement preferences.
- Conceptualize and execute special animations and displays for specific events and pop-ups in coordination with Marketing, Events, and Commercial teams.
- Stay updated on global event and retail experience trends, including physical and digital shopping experiences, to provide cutting-edge designs.
- Oversee projects from concept development and material selection to final implementation, providing timelines and cost estimates for each.
- Identify design challenges and find effective solutions.
- Review construction drawings provided by suppliers.
- Supervise event production, conduct factory visits, and ensure smooth setup, followed by detailed reporting and issue resolution.
- Participate in conference calls with retailers and suppliers to align project requirements.
- Play a proactive role in enhancing the brand's image, elevating customer experiences across all touchpoints, and leveraging pop-ups events to boost sales.
