Carta is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our APAC team within the Delivery team. Our Delivery team members are highly valued for their deep understanding of our software, clients, and the value we bring.

In 2021, Carta expanded to Singapore and is now forming a top-tier team to support the startup community in Asia Pacific. As part of this fast-growing team, you'll be part of a vibrant, diverse group responsible for driving Carta's growth in Asia and contributing to the company's upward trajectory.

The Challenges You'll Tackle

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll master equity knowledge to onboard clients onto the Carta platform, laying the foundation for their long-term success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating strong client relationships and fostering lasting loyalty through a seamless onboarding process post-sale
  • Transferring and managing client data accurately in Carta's Onboarding Spreadsheet in Excel
  • Coordinating inputs from clients and their legal teams
  • Providing training on Carta software usage, including developing tailored training materials
  • Identifying ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and internal implementation teams to enrich the client experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Accounting
  • Experience at a rapidly growing software company
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
  • Note: This role is hybrid, requiring office attendance 3 days a week
