  • Supporting and executing strategies to optimize rental and occupancy of properties in the assigned portfolio
  • Acquiring new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, handling lease renewals, and collaborating with property agents
  • Conducting competitive market research and analyzing rental and occupancy benchmarks
  • Maintaining positive relationships with tenants and potential clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing
  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing and leasing experience
  • Solid understanding of the real estate sector along with a broad network of contacts
  • Effective presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Candidates registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or equivalent qualifications to the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination are preferred
