We're searching for a
Director to be part of our
Information Technology Department diverse team of talent.

You will be reponsible for overseeing the information technology strategy and operations of an organization, expertise in a variety of technology areas, strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, and experienced in managing technology projects and budgets.


What you will be working on:

  • Developing and implementing the organization's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
Leading and managing the IT department, including hiring and training staff, setting performance objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
Managing the technology budget and ensuring the organization's investments in technology are aligned with business priorities.
Ensuring the security of the organization's technology assets, including networks, data, and software.

  • Collaborating with other departments to identify and prioritize technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to technology use, data management, and cybersecurity.
Staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends, and recommending new technology solutions as appropriate.
Communicating effectively with executives and stakeholders about technology-related issues and initiatives.

More About You:

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
  • Min 10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Min 5 years in general management/management information position
  • Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information, Staffing, Problem Solving, Developing Budgets, Coordination, Strategic Planning and Quality Management.
