We are currently seeking a top-notch professional to join us as a Senior Vice President, Balance Sheet Management Senior Lead- Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Senior Vice President- C14). The role of the Asia Citi Treasury Investment (CTI) Business Unit Manager (BUM) involves supporting the CTI Asia Funding desks in Singapore and Hong Kong. This position requires providing daily support and insights, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with policies, developing analytical tools, and collaborating with the broader CTI Analytics team on projects.

In this role, one is expected to:

  • Monitor and manage risk and control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
  • Conduct MCA testing.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate should ideally possess the following skills and experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in a financial services organization.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing Actual and Forecast results, including knowledge of Transfer Pricing and other Intercompany aspects.
  • Thorough understanding of key Interest Rate Risk metrics and Citigroup Financial Systems.
  • Proficiency in standard analysis tools such as Excel, Access, SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental Balance Sheet and P&L.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree.
