Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the blockchain space. Apply this knowledge to enhance project processes and drive innovation within the organization

Pre-Requisites :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in project management, with at least 2 years focus on blockchain technology projects.
Solid understanding of blockchain solutions and concepts, including distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse personalities.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
