Executive/Senior Executive, Experiential Team:

THE OPPORTUNITY


The Senior Executive, Experiential Team (ET) will have logístical responsibility for several events per year including conferences and meetings of varying scale.

This role involves close cooperation with Event Managers and teams and requires ability to multi-task and take the lead when required, as well as being able to work independently on projects in a high-pressured environment.


THE WORK

  • Onsite management of virtual, hybrid or physical events across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Deliver meetings and events on time, within budget and participating to the realisation of concepts and proposals.
  • Participate in production and presentation of proposal to clients (concept, creativity, planning, timeline, budget).
  • Maintain and develop longterm client relationship by meeting or exceeding client's expectations.
  • Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing third party vendors and venues across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities of preevent and onsite.
  • Conduct internal preprogram briefings and postprogram debriefings, including briefing and debriefings.
  • Final reconciliation (operational and financial) of all projects handled.

THE CONNECTION

  • The Senior Executive, ET reports to the Director, Experiential.
  • The Senior Executive, ET works in direct contact with the client, reporting, consulting and communicating to ensure that the client is aware and satisfied with the progress.

THE MUST HAVE

  • Diploma/Degree qualification in Business/Events Management/Hospitality/Marketing/Communications.
  • Being technologically savvy and comfortable with using new tools or software will be highly advantageous.
  • Traveling onsite inspections and accompanying events as required.
  • Good level of project management, organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent eye for details.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.

THE GOOD TO HAVE

  • Fluency in English, additional Asian languages will be a bonus.
  • Digital savvy including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages and databases, preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Accelo and Success Factor platforms but not a requirement as training will be provided.
