The Role of Administrative Assistant

  • Support in creating sales contracts, invoices, billing, and paperwork related to sales and financing activities
  • Aid sales and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain administrative records in systems, including general filing duties
  • Handle financial records for bank reconciliation, payment forecasting, and daily financial reporting
  • Provide administrative assistance to internal stakeholders and perform additional tasks when required

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin languages
  • Familiarity with MS Office and computerized accounting systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Additional Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
  • Team player with a positive mindset
  • Singaporean nationality preferred; prior experience in the automotive sector is a plus

Estimated Salary Range:
$1800 - $2500

Salary Offer:
