Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure meeting revenue and margin targets for all NSS products according to the product mix goals.
  • Understand customer businesses, identify key influencers, and decision-makers within customer organizations. Focus on recognizing business challenges and creating compelling value propositions to assist customers in achieving their objectives through ICT solution and managed services sales.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and craft sales proposals.
  • Effectively engage with all levels in a client organization, including C-level executives, negotiate effectively, and close business deals efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent Customer Satisfaction levels throughout every customer interaction.
  • Monitor and track opportunities progression for effective reporting.
  • Consistently forecast, monitor, and close committed numbers to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Skills for Success:
  • Hold a degree or higher in IT or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience in Managed Services, System Integration, or IT Infrastructure Sales.
  • Expertise in ICT solutions, including professional services.
  • Proficiency in Network, Security, Compute/Storage, and Cloud technologies.
  • Experience in Service Management/Managed Services.
  • Exhibit a high level of self-motivation, commitment, and results orientation.
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be a dedicated team player with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Show independence and resourcefulness as a team player and possess a genuine desire to provide excellent support to both internal and external clients.
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
