Director - Enterprise Architecture

This is a pivotal role within NTT Data Inc, part of the NTT Group, aimed at providing top-notch business and technology services to selected clients. We are seeking senior enterprise architecture professionals to enhance our capacity, particularly in the manufacturing sector. One key position we're looking to fill is that of APAC DIRECTOR – ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE. In this role, you will engage with clients, assess their needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the client manager in Account Planning, Opportunity Seeding, Opportunity Strategy & Execution, Portfolio Ideation, and In-Contract Innovation Strategy.
- Assist in analyzing clients' landscapes, needs, and aspirations to identify suitable solutions from NTT Data Inc.
- Collaborate in presenting solutions to clients and creating interest in our offerings.
- Work on developing comprehensive solutions across different domains with technical architects.
- Provide insights to enhance our service portfolio and stay ahead of the competition.
- Contribute to innovation strategies for existing clients.
Track key activities and bookings growth to ensure the success of the initiatives. The APAC DIRECTOR – ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE will be responsible for achieving bookings targets.

- Ensure Bookings KPI are met
- Understanding of industry value chains and best practices
- Ability to differentiate between market trends and fads
- Familiarity with NTT Data Inc portfolio and competitive positioning
- Proficiency in architecture frameworks and modeling tools
- Experience in conducting workshops and translating client needs into architectural solutions
- Capability to create compelling business proposals
- Commercial acumen for cost optimization and pricing strategies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Preferably a master's in business management
- Over 15 years of total experience, with 5+ years in enterprise architecture
- Background in industries like manufacturing, automotive, energy, supply chain or retail
- Familiarity with industry practices and solutions such as ERP, SCM, Cloud Analytics, etc.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure best practices
- End-to-end sales lifecycle experience
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders
- Skills in optimizing value-cost of solutions
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
