Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee relations and HR administration that can cope with business needs;
  • Act as Business Partner of business units from daily HR operations to provision of advice in addressing people related matters;
  • Assist in annual budget, salary benchmarking, data collection for preparing statistic reports related to salary trend and forecast in the industry;
  • Assist in reviewing and drafting Company's HR policies and procedures;
  • Prepare different HR reports and analysis for management review;
  • Assist to develop and execute training programs according to the needs; and
  • Handling adhoc tasks / projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in HR field of the investment banking industry, experience in China base financial group is preferred;
  • Strong in drafting and reviewing Company's HR policies in Chinese and English;
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English, good spoken in Putonghua is a must;
  • Good project management skills.
