JOB PURPOSE


The Assistant Facilities Manager will play an important role to ensure a systematic routine is maintained to deliver facilities management services to the quality standard required timely and cost-effectively.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the overall FM services of the buildings assigned.
  • Create a welcoming, clean and safe environment for visitors and staff.
  • Attend to breakdown calls, troubleshoot and provide remedial measures.
  • Conduct routine checks and oversee all FM services such as cleaning, facility maintenance, pest control, landscape and fire safety.
  • Attend to all building related inspections and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute safe management/ fire safety/ emergency response measures.
  • Ensure submission and proper filing of all risk assessments by contractors/tenants.
  • Prepare regular status reports.
  • Other tasks as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management / Building Services
  • 23 years of experience in delivering FM services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and customer oriented.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed and attend to emergency repairs.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health, Safety & Environment would be advantageous.
  • Singaporeans only

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$3, $4,500.00 per month
