Responsibilities:
- Managing customers enquiries and policy insurance needs via all channels
- To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/written form.
- To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required.
- Liaise with insurers' underwriting, processing, service and support team for quotations, referrals, appeals
- Resolve customers' requests and feedback in a timely manner
- To undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min 'O' Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Accurate and meticulous
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Able to start work immediately
