Responsibilities:

  • Managing customers enquiries and policy insurance needs via all channels
  • To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/written form.
  • To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required.
  • Liaise with insurers' underwriting, processing, service and support team for quotations, referrals, appeals
  • Resolve customers' requests and feedback in a timely manner
  • To undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min 'O' Level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Accurate and meticulous
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Able to start work immediately
