Job Description

  • Client Interaction: Assist individuals visiting the office for loan applications, providing detailed explanations of loan choices, terms, and the application procedure.
  • Loan Eligibility Assessment: Evaluate the eligibility of loan seekers by examining their credit history, present income, and credit reports.
  • Repayment Management: Supervise loan repayments, oversee billing timelines, and resolve any issues pertaining to delayed payments or defaults.
  • Customer Service: Offer continuous assistance to customers, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and nurturing positive customer relations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all loan processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise and current records of all loan transactions and applicant details.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional financial products and services to both existing and potential clients.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Sound understanding of back-office procedures.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), terrorist financing, and operational risk management aspects.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to engage with Chinese-speaking clientele.
  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in loan sales or operations.
