JR47983 Environmentl Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer
As Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation of Fab10's EHS programs at the site.
As EHS engineer, you will conduct/coordinate EHS training to employees, conduct periodic EHS audits and surveys to identify level of implementation and effectiveness of EHS management system, identify potential gaps or improvement opportunities and recommend measures and improvement plan to management.
EHS engineer will also liaising with external organizations on EHS compliance issues.Responsibilities and Tasks
- Fulfill the roles of Fire Safety manager and/or Workplace Health and Safety Officer and/or Environmental Engineer.
- Implements Fab10's Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs on site.
- Responds to emergencies and investigates incidents and recommends preventive/corrective action
- Participates in monitoring and controlling EHS standards in accordance with local regulations and code of practice.
- Develops and implements programs and record keeping systems to track and evaluate personnel injury and illness experience.
- Analyzes data in compliance with current regulations and makes appropriate recommendations to prevent new or recurring accidents.
- Conducts trend analysis, audits, accident investigations and site inspections of operational procedures, facility design, equipment and materials.
- Applies professional knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of engineering concerned with facilities and systems for controlling pollution and protecting quality of resources and the environment.
- All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame
- For business process and/or QMS component that one is responsible or accountable for:
- ensuring the QMS/business process that is effective and conforms to requirements
- reporting on QMS/business process performance and opportunities for improvement to management
- ensuring the promotion of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization
- ensuring the maintenance of the integrity of the QMS/ business process when changes are planned and implemented
- ensuring customer requirements are met

Education and Experience Required:Any Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree 2024 Fresh Graduates only.
