We are on the hunt for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Health and Safety Officer to join our team in the elevator industry.
_- If you have a Professional Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the elevator industry, and are a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO), this could be the perfect role for you _

About this Role:

- As the Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments, providing expert recommendations for safety management, reporting health and safety issues, conducting site inspections, and working closely with stakeholders to maintain a strong safety regime. You will also ensure strict compliance with Singapore statutory requirements and the Company's guidelines for Health, Safety, and Environment. _
- In addition to these exciting responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in construction site safety inspections and regulations and your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders of all levels. _
Overview:

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Monthly Base Salary: Up to $5000
- Additional of Monthly Fixed Allowance
- AWS (13th month) + Variable bonuses
Your Responsibilities:
-
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify issues to mitigate risks
- Provide expert recommendations to enhance safety management and minimise potential risks
- Report health and safety concerns to the Project Manager
- Conduct comprehensive site safety inspections
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to establish and reinforce a strong safety regime
- Ensure strict adherence to Singapore statutory requirements and Company guidelines for Health, Safety, and Environment
- Prepare and submit safety reports and participate in necessary audits
- Manage safety documents for project sites with utmost professionalism
To be considered for this role, you must have: -
- A Professional Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
- At least 5 years of experience in the
elevator industry: - Registration as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
- Indepth knowledge of construction site safety inspections and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders of all levels
