Position Description:

This role of Analyst in Trade and Working Capital Middle Office will provide middle office support to the Payments division.

Key activities include handling end-to-end client implementation for Structured Solutions products & Control Activities. The role requires strong knowledge of trade product, web-based solutions and the technical and operational aspects.

This position of Associate will be based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities: - Manage & provide support for Structured Solutions Product (Export Agency Finance, Sales Finance & Inventory Finance) implementations for JPMorgan Clients and their suppliers.

• Manage the system connectivity, testing and client setup etc. in coordination with J.P. Morgan technology and operations team.
• Proactively engage with Product and Transactor to establish control framework and perform ongoing portfolio surveillance, monitoring & reporting for Core Trade and Structured Solutions offerings
• Provide support to Trade Sales /SCF Advisory in meeting Asia Trade revenue targets via Network Trade Flows
• Develop deal execution approach and manage all aspects of client onboarding, documentation and technical implementation for core trade and structured solutions products.
• Provide innovative solutions to meet client needs and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with J.P. Morgan internal and global partners
• Trade Sales, Product Partners, Program Managers, Credit, Trade Risk, Transactors, Trade Operations and Technology, ensuring all implementation tasks and activities are completed on schedule.
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders in regional/global structured solutions teams to ensure coordinated approach to regional and global programs.
• Prepare and publish periodic status reports and presentations.
• Contribute to initiatives on system and process enhancement and change management projects in collaboration with regional and global team members.
• Provide backup support to Middle Office team members.

Experience Required:

• Technological orientation with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with exposure to digital channels and electronic Banking platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of professional working experience
• Min. 1 year of experience in the client implementation, middle or back office functions related to Trade Finance; or equivalent experience in project management & system implementation activities.
• Experience in Transaction Banking or Trade Finance product will be added advantage.
• Strong desire to learn all aspects of traditional trade and structured finance products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate and interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Selfdirected, highly motivated, and able to work independently to deliver in a timely and accurate manner, strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think flexibly & strategically and learn rapidly.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong work ethic and "can do" attitude.
