Kapronasia is looking for a high-performing Marketing and Branding Specialist who thrives in a team environment within a boutique consulting firm that punches above its weight.

You will work with the Kapronasia team across consulting and content disciplines to create and execute new performance-driven and omnichannel marketing campaigns and field activities for Kapronasia and our client base, focusing on the Asia Pacific region.


You should be a problem-solver with the analytical ability to use tools and data to continually refine our communications and engagement initiatives focused on lead generation and user acquisition.

**What you will do:
_Marketing & Branding Strategy _

  • Define the ideal customer profile and buyer persona that will inspire the brand positioning and content messaging across Kapronasia brand guidelines, channels, and assets.
  • Conduct competitors' research and relevant trends to help guide applicable refresh on brand positioning and content messaging.

_Design and Branding _

  • Lead the revitalization of company branding guidelines, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual identity across all assets and touchpoints
  • Oversee the management of the company's social media pages, maintaining brand consistency and curating compelling content for distribution.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing assets and graphic design, guaranteeing a unified company image and design.

_Content, EDM, Social Management _:

  • Take charge of social media templates, posting, and execution, creating visually appealing designs and engaging content.
  • Maintain overall marketing content calendar for diverse purposes, including blog posts, announcements, partnerships, events promotion, and press releases.

_Marketing Assets Production _

  • Create a variety of product and events marketing and sales collaterals, including brochures, product sheets, presentation slides, infographics, and podcasts, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and edit captivating shortform and longform videos such as webinars and interview content highlighting the company's unique value proposition.

_Website, SEO, SEM Management _

  • Lead the website refresh as needed, collaborating with stakeholders to create new pages and update existing content.
  • Maintain the website's freshness and relevance through regular updates and improvements.

_Metrics Data Analysis _

  • Monitor, analyze, and put together executive reporting on campaign performance monthly and quarterly engagement metrics, tracking website traffic, social interactions, and overall content strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a Marketing related role in a (B2B) environment (fintech preferred)
  • Experience in both digital and offline marketing covering lead generation, demand generation, lead progression, and contributing to sales conversion
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering strategic digital and offline tactics to target ideal customer profiles and drive conversions within relevant account segments
  • Experience with defining and launching successful acquisition/demand campaigns, marketing optimization programs
  • Demonstrated experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor and measure performance, measure effectiveness and plan ongoing improvements
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to understand what drives customer behavior through quantitative and qualitative data
  • Flawless written and spoken English
  • Able to be strategic but also drive tactics and execution; willing to get your hands dirty and get the job done
