We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, APAC Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager to join our Asia Pacific Marketing and Communications team. This role is located in Singapore – Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Identify and drive go-to-market opportunities in our targeted growth markets, including the creation of client engagement strategies through digital channels and in-person experiences.
  • Develop integrated marketing & communications strategies that bring BNY's global perspective and thought leadership in a local manner to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Track, assess and report on program metrics and outcomes to quantify marketing impact.
  • Partner closely with regional and global business partners and colleagues to maximize impact delivered in a local manner, end-to-end execution of strategic client events, thought leadership, and brand development.
  • Strong program management and communication skills with colleagues and senior-level stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Exceptional track record of accountability, execution and collaboration, working across all marketing and communication functions to develop integrated plans that demonstrate our integrated contributions to the APAC region.
  • Proactively proposes improvements and solutions, identifying, championing and actively advancing the best ideas.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of Marketing budgets and expenses for the region

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • 7+ years in B2B and B2C Marketing in a transformational environment, preferably from a Financial Institution or Financial Services company
  • A self-starter who is hands-on, curious, works with a sense of urgency and has a keen attention to detail
  • An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing samples will be requested)
  • Adaptable, agile and nimble to changes, with the ability to punch through ambiguity; experience working in matrixed environments a plus
  • Willingness to take calls outside work hours in collaboration with colleagues in the US and EMEA
  • Highly analytical mindset and able to use insights and metrics to inform and adapt marketing programs
  • Prior experience with Marketing software tools including Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Seismic would be an advantage
