As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we would encourage you to engage on a regular basis.

You will have access to the firm's resources and Know-how and have the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.

Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are currently seeking derivatives structured finance lawyers available for interim assignments with Simmons & Simmons premium clients.

Person specification:

• You will be a qualified lawyer with training from a top tier law firm.
• You have strong background in derivatives, preferably gained at a financial institution.
• You are able to act independently, whilst also working effectively as part of a team.
• You have excellent academics with the ability to juggle multiple matters, prioritise work effectively and provide timely solutions in a busy, fast paced environment.
• You are commercially minded.
• You are flexible with a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required.
