My client is a global MNC, an industry leader committed to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. As part of their ongoing transformation journey, they seek a talented UI/UX Designer to join the dynamic Transformation Team. This role will focus on designing intuitive and impactful user interfaces for operations transformation dashboard products.

Responsibilities:

User Research and Requirements Gathering:Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors related to operations management and transformation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user personas, user stories, and use cases.

UI/UX Design and Prototyping:Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for operations transformation dashboard products, ensuring consistency and usability across different devices and platforms.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users.

Interaction Design and Usability Testing:Develop interaction design patterns, navigation structures, and information architectures to optimize user workflows and task efficiency.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback, incorporating principles of user-centered design and accessibility.

Visual Design and Branding:Define visual design elements, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, to create a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.
Ensure alignment with corporate branding guidelines and design standards while maintaining creativity and innovation.

Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and data scientists, to translate business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.
Communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) preferred.
  • Proven experience (6 years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably designing dashboard products or data visualization solutions.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX design principles, information architecture, and visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with data visualization libraries , ) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for design, innovation, and continuous learning, with a strong attention to detail and a desire to create impactful user experiences.
