The Senior Executive, Student Life & Support, will work as part of the Student Life & Support Team to assist in the administrative functions of the students' leave and attendance, student records and student activities at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine).


Responsibilities:
Review student events proposals and provide recommendations to ensure that events are conducted according to school guidelinesLiaise with student representatives regarding Overseas Community Involvement Projects (OCIPs) and Local Community Involvement Projects (LCIPs)Provide logistical and administrative support for student eventsCoordinate with students on administrative issues such as student reimbursement and meetingsSupport department activities such as Freshmen Orientation Week and White Coat CeremonyProvide support in students' leave and attendance mattersAssist in student enquiriesAssist in Student Life & Support's activities and events

Requirements:
A recognised degree in Business Management or relevant disciplinePrior administrative experience in an educational institution will be an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsPossess initiative and driveAbility to multi-task and work independently under time pressureStrong organisational and administrative skillsGood communication skills (written and verbal)Willing to work and travel between campuses
