The Cloud Sales Specialist is a sales professional with quotas, responsible for pursuing and securing qualified leads identified by the Client Management team and other relevant teams. The role involves identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, presenting solutions, value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models to meet client needs. The Cloud Sales Specialist collaborates with clients at various levels and internal subject matter experts, dedicating a significant amount of time to active selling and supporting the sales process in partnership with Client Managers.
This position contributes to the pre-sales process by collaborating with pre-sales architects to design optimal solutions for clients, establishing strong stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients, exploring new business channels and territories.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain expertise in Cloud technology and industry. Support sales closure based on technology knowledge. Address technology challenges in the sales process. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market strategies. Share best practices with internal and client teams. Collaborate with technology vendors. Understand and align with client business goals. Articulate value propositions throughout the sales process. Conduct client workshops and presentations. Establish relationships with multiple client stakeholders. Identify new sales opportunities within accounts. Work with Client Managers to support sales, position solutions, and close deals. Develop account plans and forecast opportunities. Engage with sales teams and internal counterparts to achieve growth. Utilize sales methodologies and tools to drive the process. Implement opportunity plans and conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders.Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Effective client engagement and management. Ability to collaborate and lead sales teams. Maintain accurate sales forecasts.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Sales field. Certified in relevant sales methodologies and negotiation. Vendor accreditations are a plus.Required Experience:
Demonstrated sales experience in technology or services. Understanding of IT Managed Services. Proven track record in solution-based selling. Experience selling to C-Level clients. Ability to resolve issues creatively. Networking expertise with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and handle workload effectively.Skills Summary:
