Responsibilities

  • Coordination of all delivery supplies and orders between the outlet and central kitchen
  • Support the catering department in logistics delivery and coordination
  • Take charge of all transportation activities and optimize transportation cost
  • Ability to appraise transportation vendors and their cost structure
  • Oversees and management of inventory systems
  • Monitor and manage warehouse activities including product movements
  • Analysis of missing items, late delivery goods received in good conditions and achieve KPIs as given
  • Propose and implement solutions relating to both operations and costing in line with business needs

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Words and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
