Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Line Sales Leader for our client's NxT Digital Business division. Our client is a leading organization focused on Industry 4.0 solutions across various industries. They leverage their expertise in deploying cutting-edge Industry 4.0 and IIoT solutions to drive digital transformation.

As the Service Line Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue targets for the portfolio under your influence.

You will utilize your existing network of contacts to create a strong sales pipeline and work closely with clients in building use cases and delivering them in an agile manner.

Collaboration with internal pre-sales and delivery teams, as well as establishing relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners, will be crucial to your success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue targets for the portfolio under your influence
  • Leverage an existing Rolodex of contacts to create a strong sales pipeline
  • Work with clients in building use cases and facilitate their delivery in an agile manner, collaborating with delivery/product teams
  • Strategize and interact with internal presales and delivery teams to pursue accounts
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in selling to stakeholders in the Supply Chain, Retail stores, Warehouses, Shop floor, OT, and Employee Health & Safety areas
  • Minimum of 8 years of direct sales experience with a strong background in managing seniorlevel relationships
  • Strong experience in selling Industry 4.0/IIoT/digital solutions (minimum of 5 years)
  • Strong understanding of software (ERP/MES/SCADA/PLM) and working knowledge of hardware (compute/storage/networking)
  • Knowledge of competitive platforms such as GE Predix, PTC Thingworx, Siemens Mindsphere, Azure, and AWS IoT solutions
  • Handson experience in creating client presentations, highlevel scoping documents, and proposals
  • Experience working collaboratively with marketing teams and internal key stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye on market and technology trends
  • Experience with onsite/offshore model and working in a multicultural environment
  • Resultsoriented and highly organized
