Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client's innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. As a Dedicated Digital Business Partner, you will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring seamless delivery of IT solutions and services. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Directors to understand client requirements, develop strategic IT initiatives, and drive value-added services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. This role reports directly to VP, Business Operations and dotted to Digital Transformation Office.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Directors to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client regarding all IT-related matters, including project updates, issue resolution, and service enhancements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on IT best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of IT opportunities and risks, and develop proactive mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review project status, discuss upcoming initiatives, and address any concerns or challenges.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams within the organization to deliver high-quality IT solutions on time and within budget.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between client requirements and project deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT service delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction through POCs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional service offerings.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and technology advancements to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualities We Value

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a consulting role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering IT solutions in a BPO or consulting environment.
  • Strong technical expertise across multiple IT domains, including but not limited to software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or relevant technology certifications are a plus.
