We are seeking an HRBP Leader to cover a global business line.
You will partner with various stakeholders to implement divisional initiatives to build the capability and sustainability of the organization, while continuously improving team engagement across the region.
The Lead role will actively participate as a valued member of the regional management team and be responsible for translating business priorities into talent, engagement, and organization plans that impact the wider organization.
This role is expected to partner with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to drive change in talent and business strategies.
The Lead will hire, manage, and grow other HR members.Responsibilities
- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization
- Coach business leaders on peoplerelated matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and highperforming team characteristics
- Design, monitor, and measure HR metric/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention
- Play a leadership role in the design and execution of business restructures, critical workforce planning initiatives, and identify critical succession planning needs
- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; design fitforpurpose goalsetting agendas including 360 performance evaluations, and overseeing the formal performance review and calibration process
- Mentor HRBP Team members on employee development best practices to support business needs
- Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization including the rollout of action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.
- Guide HR managers regarding mentorship, development, retention, and promotion of diverse employees
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business
Minimum Qualifications
- Progressive experience in Human Resources, with 5+ years experience as a Global HR Business Partner
- 3+ years of experience managing HR Leaders at the Senior Manager level and above
- 3+ years of experience as a business partner for product and technology teams.
- Expertise in driving HR transformation, including strategic planning to optimize TikTok's organizational health and growth
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to build and scale people programs backed by datadriven insights
- Experience in interpersonal communication, relationship building and influence with organizations at all levels
- BA/BS degree, ideally in a related field such as Human Resources, Management, I/O Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, etc.

- Experience driving cultural integration of our Mission and core values
- Demonstrate creativity and agility in a rapidly changing global business landscape
- Ability to foster collaboration, transparency and communication between functions
- Demonstrated success working with crossHR teams, including HR Centers of Excellence
