AsherBWS is an online alcohol retailer and we are looking for a responsible
E-Commerce Manager to drive our online retail business.

Our team is lean and we require someone who is a team player and highly responsible for the timely and accurate output of his or her work.


Job Overview:

As the Ecommerce Manager for our alcohol delivery company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and overall digital presence.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ecommerce operations, optimizing the online shopping journey, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.


Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with the Managing Director and the appointed marketing and events agencies to drive online sales.


Ecommerce Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with the company's goals and target market.
Identify growth opportunities in the alcohol delivery market and devise strategies to capture new customer segments.

Website Management:
Oversee the maintenance and performance of the ecommerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully functional.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement improvements, updates, and new features.

Product Management:
Curate and manage the product assortment, ensuring it aligns with customer preferences and market trends.
Collaborate with suppliers to maintain accurate product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing.

Customer Engagement and Retention:
Implement loyalty programs, personalized recommendations, and other strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing concerns and continually improving the customer experience.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze ecommerce metrics, including sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask is an asset.
  • Knowledge of/or keen interest in digital ecommerce.

Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
